Fergal
Longford Town, Co. Longford
27 October 2023
Family friendly
A beautiful non-verbal show for children about enjoying your own company. It's about the importance of loving yourself and who you are.

“Being alone does not mean you are lonely…”

Fergal, an odd-looking fellow, arrives on the beach one day. He is on his own. He plays his banjo, paints a picture, has his lunch, all by himself. The others at the beach are worried for Fergal, but he is perfectly happy all on his own.

Fergal explores concepts of individualism and solo experience. In an era of increased social anxiety, Fergal aims to celebrate independence, being ourselves and the importance of enjoying your own company.

A beautiful, non-verbal show featuring one actor and live shadow puppetry.

Relaxed Performance Saturday 28 October at 15:00 for children with particular sensory needs.

For children aged 4-8 years.
