The Barony Restaurant is located at The Talbot Hotel, Barrack Street, Belmullet, Co Mayo. Currently open Saturday nights only, the Barony restaurant has a relaxed and stylish ambience with a fresh, unpretentious approach to quality dining.

If you're looking for somewhere that's stylish, a little out of the ordinary and a little bit special, with an attention to detail and a dedication to fresh local produce, you need venture no further.

With Belmullet nestled between Broadhaven and Blacksod Bay it is only natural we specialise in great seafood that is available from the local fish mongers, who regularly stock the lobster tank where you can pick your own. Feel free to wander in and cruise the menu, be sure to check the daily specials.

One side of the restaurant opens out onto a wonderful veranda for al fresco breakfast, lunch or early dinners when the weather is warm. If it’s not, the large fireplace creates a warm and cosy environment, well-suited to hosting private parties and romantic candle-lit dinners for two.

Great local support is the cornerstone of the business, Tom and Orla follow in this tradition and support local business, among their suppliers are many quality businesses Cathal Reilly Fishmonger, Glenlara, Bacus Ui Donnacha, Belmullet, Sheridan's Butchers, Belmullet and many many more...

Currently on the menu one can find Lobster, Monkfish, Turbot, Brill, Pollack ,Mussels, Cod, wild Salmon in season, smoked Salmon, Trout and depending on fishing other varieties come and go.

With Tom in the bar and Orla at the Helm in the kitchens, it was a winner from the start.
