Austies Bar and Restaurant
Rosses Point, Co. Sligo
Food experiencesCaféRestaurantSeafoodPub
Austies is a landmark bar in the scenic seaside village of Rosses Point in Sligo, on the North West Coast of the Wild Atlantic Way.

There has been a pub on the site of Austies since the 17th century. It is a seafaring bar with plenty of memorabilia and maritime features. Have a drink at the captain's table and sit and look out onto Memory Harbour. It has a large outdoor beer garden and views out to the sea and across to Coney and Oyster Islands.

The pub is owned and run by John and Lorna whose goal is to keep people at the heart of Austies; a place for locals to gather and connect and visitors to feel welcome and enjoy Irish friendliness and the informal hospitality of the pub.

Austies is suitable for casual dining, with quality fresh food, locally sourced where possible. The menu includes Austies fish and chips, seafood chowder, local mussels, homemade Guinness bread, daily specials and house pizzas, chicken wings and burgers. Special dietary needs are catered for with gluten free and vegan options.

Austies is dog friendly and your family pet is welcome in its front bar. Food is served daily during the summer season and booking is recommended.
