James Whelan Butchers is a family business in it’s fifth generation working and farming with the local community producing beef, lamb, pork and bacon. Pat Whelan is one of the few butchers in the country to take its raw product from field through to plate. He has developed a clear vision that at its heart, has the customer in mind. Pat believes that the core value of the company is selling the highest quality naturally produced product available and their passion for food coupled with high quality standards continues to satisfy and delight their customers.
