Ireland’s top chefs will reinvent fine dining at home for Festival Spirit, a brand new event created by the organisers of West Waterford Festival of Food. Over 10 curated talks, experiences and workshops — virtual and socially distanced — will celebrate West Waterford’s food heritage.
It includes a collaborative six-course meal kit from some of Waterford’s top chefs including Paul Flynn and Ian Doyle of the Michelin-starred restaurant at the Cliff House Hotel, along with a film on foraging sustainably hosted by Paul and GIY founder Michael Kelly.
The mini-series will see the launch of an online gifting portal and children’s adventure maps in partnership with local cafés, which will be rolled out across Waterford over the coming months.
