In a fusion of poetry and music, hear selected texts of William Butler Yeats delivered by some of Ireland’s brightest and most outstanding young musicians from the Royal Irish Academy of Music in the stunning surrounds of St. Carthage's Cathedral.
Blackwater Valley Opera Festival is delighted to partner with the Princess Grace Irish Library in the principality of Monaco, and the Royal Irish Academy of Music for this unique cultural event, honouring Ireland’s literary history.
Hear selected texts of William Butler Yeats: poet, dramatist, writer – one of the foremost figures of 20th century literature and one of the founders of Dublin’s Abbey Theatre. This fusion of poetry and music will be delivered by outstanding young musicians from the Royal Irish Academy of Music.
