Killruddery House: Wild Food with Nadúr Collective
Bray, Co. Wicklow
11 September 2022
Killruddery’s Head Chef Niall O’Sullivan, invites you to join in the art of foraging with fellow founder of Nadúr Collective, Paul Quinn, to identify, collect, discuss and eat wild plants in the beautiful surroundings of their 800 acre estate.

A valuable opportunity for those wishing to on-board or develop their practical skills in cooking and preserving the plants found wild in our countryside, during this workshop you will spend the morning exploring + foraging from the enchanting woodlands and Gardens of Killruddery with Niall and Paul. This will be followed by a toast while you engage with a cooking demonstration which will turn into a light alfresco lunch incorporating items foraged on the day.

This workshop begins with a welcome tea/coffee and bake on arrival, and includes a long table lunch where we will toast the day. You will leave with an increased knowledge of wild-food identification and foraging skills, along with Nadúr’s recommended book on edible plants.
