A valuable opportunity for those wishing to on-board or develop their practical skills in cooking and preserving the plants found wild in our countryside, during this workshop you will spend the morning exploring + foraging from the enchanting woodlands and Gardens of Killruddery with Niall and Paul. This will be followed by a toast while you engage with a cooking demonstration which will turn into a light alfresco lunch incorporating items foraged on the day.
This workshop begins with a welcome tea/coffee and bake on arrival, and includes a long table lunch where we will toast the day. You will leave with an increased knowledge of wild-food identification and foraging skills, along with Nadúr’s recommended book on edible plants.
