A not for profit organisation, The Leitrim Design House nurtures Irish craftsmanship and assists small craft & design businesses to develop and showcase their designs. Its flagship gallery has been recommended by the Design & Craft Council of Ireland as a leading craft and design outlet in the country.

Housed in the Dock Arts Centre, a 19th century courthouse building, located in the heart of Carrick-On-Shannon, County Leitrim, the retail space presents a contemporary range of individually handmade items from local and national craft makers. The gallery showcases a distinctive range of Irish made products; fine art, ceramics, glass, limited edition prints, wood, jewellery and textiles. Many of the makers are unique to The Leitrim Design House and produce work exclusively designed for the gallery.
