Adare Farm Cottage is a beautifully restored stone building that dates back to the early 1800s. It is situated on a 50-hectare working dairy farm approximately 2.5km from the historic and picturesque village of Adare, County Limerick.
The cottage, which is wheelchair accessible, is set on extensive grounds that are private and peaceful, and also home to the main farmhouse. The interior is decorated to a very high standard but retains its old character. It is cosy with all modern comforts, including oil central heating and a wood-burning stove.
The cottage sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms, one of which is ensuite. There is also a main toilet with a power shower. The open-plan living area has a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and seating area with a recliner suite, TV and DVD player. Broadband is available on site.
The cottage’s kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric oven/hob, microwave and refrigerator. Outside there is an enclosed patio and gravel area with garden furniture.
Additionally, bed linen and towels are included with the rental of the cottage. A cot and high chair are available on request.
