An Caladh Spáinneach is a beautiful five bedroomed house located on the marina within the tourist town of Dingle (Daingean Uí Chúis), County Kerry, on the Wild Atlantic Way.

This house enjoys a truly fabulous location right on the quayside overlooking the vibrant coloured fishing boats and yachts of Dingle Harbour. The central location will appeal to walkers, anglers and those wanting a relaxing break.

It has a well-equipped modern kitchen, utility room, two living rooms, three ensuite double bedrooms, as well as a twin and single bedrooms served by a large bathroom.

Located over the harbour, beside the marina and pier, the property has road frontage with a small gated wall. It has a rear patio area and grassed enclosed garden. The exterior is well maintained with off road parking available for the guest, and a public car park across the road.

Dingle is a vibrant colourful town of winding streets, specialist craft shops, art galleries, cafes and pubs. In one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland, there you will savour stunning scenery at every turn around the Dingle Peninsula and beyond. The long sandy beaches at Ventry and Inch are within 10km; take a drive over the Conor Pass; a boat trip to the Blasket Islands; climb Mt Brandon to immerse yourself in this wonderful landscape. And don’t forget to meet Dingle’s most famous resident - Fungi the dolphin!

Built in 1907 the property has been in the owners' family for generations and has been lovingly brought back to life to offer holidaymakers a real taste of all that is Dingle. It combines old world charm with all modern comforts.
