Ballymacarbry Hostel is part of a community centre situated in a tranquil area of the Nire Valley County Waterford. The hostel is ideally situated for an adventure orientated group, walking or hiking in the Comeragh Mountains.

In the village of Ballymacarbry, County Waterford, travellers can find the Ballymacarbry Community Centre, which includes a hostel. Lying in the very heart of the Comeragh Mountains, the hostel lies on route of the Sean Kelly circuit. This 160 kilometre circuit is marked and you can start and finish the route from the hostel.

It can accommodate groups of up to 25 people in three rooms, which include free linen and ensuite bathrooms with hot showers. Guests can also utilize a self-catering kitchen, dining area, car park, sports hall, sauna and gym.

The community centre and hostel are located within walking distance of pubs, shops and traditional entertainment.

Ballymacarbry is situated in the picturesque Nire Valley, 16km south of Clonmel. The area features breathtaking scenery and offers something for everyone, be it a mountain walk, fishing, golfing, sporting event or simply a tranquil place to relax.
