Ballymaloe House Hotel includes 32 elegant bedrooms including two suites, all beautifully appointed with a bespoke design and distinct character marrying a luxury experience with timeless elegance. The dining experience takes place across seven dining rooms including the original Yeats Room. Menus are created with farm to table principles, using seasonal produce from the Walled Garden, the Farm and various local producers, creating a five course culinary experience concluding with the internationally renowned Dessert Trolley.
