Built as a hunting lodge by the Tuthill family, this is a restored Georgian house with antique furniture, spacious rooms and a beautiful well maintained garden with lovely views.

All five bedrooms have their own bathroom/shower. There are two double bedrooms, one twin, and two rooms with both a double and a single bed. There are also two sitting rooms (one with TV and DVD) and a separate dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a fully equipped laundry. The owners can arrange a maid service and/or a cook. There is free WiFi available.

Cork City, County Kerry and County Clare (Bunratty, Adare, Cashel, Killarney) are all within 90 minutes or less drive so will suit day drives and sightseeing.

For golf, there are famous links courses at Ballybunion and Lahinch. While Adare Manor is even closer (20 minutes drive) and there are local courses in Charleville and Newcastle West. Horse riding is within 15 minutes, or for the more adventurous, Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Trail, the longest mountain bike trail in Ireland, is within a 20 minute drive of the house.
