Watersports enthusiasts will not be disappointed with windsurfing, sailing, surfing, wreck diving, PADI open water diving courses, scuba diving, indoor diving, coasteering, snorkelling and sea kayaking along with adventure sessions on Downings Beach for 8 weeks during the summer. Downings is also the destination for the annual all Ireland Windsurfing competition and an annual sailing regatta.
