Relax, unwind with a break at Bishopstown House, a Georgian country mansion located in the heart of the countryside.

A fully-restored and renovated Georgian mansion with a rich equestrian history, Bishopstown House combines an old world setting with modern, eco-friendly features. In 2006 the house was personally chosen by Michael Jackson who was recording nearby to be his Irish estate.

Bishopstown House features six spacious bedrooms in the main house, all with four poster beds, two large sitting rooms, a dining room, a traditional Georgian country kitchen, outdoor patio suntraps and a fourth floor roof terrace offering scenic views. The Georgian equestrian yard features a further two bedrooms plus an additional loft, a bar and relaxation area, function room and stables.

Bishopstown House is ideal for gatherings of families and groups of friends and parties, activity breaks, team-building events, retreats, workshops and residential courses. Open all year except the Christmas period for midweek, weekend and weekly breaks.

Catering can be arranged and guests can live the full country life with shooting, horse riding, fishing and golf just a stone’s throw away. Extra beds can also be made available for a small extra cost.
