A family run campsite in the charming village of Belcarra, Carra Caravan and Camping Park is an excellent choice for a stay in County Mayo.
The site includes all facilities and is surrounded by many of the west's major attractions. The Great Western Greenway and the Wild Atlantic Way are located not too far away.
The park is situated just 8km from Castlebar; the family run campsite has 20 pitches as well as showers, laundry facilities, electricity hook ups. A shop, pub, butchers, are within 200 metres, while Castlebar offers cinemas, theatre, golf course, restaurants and a swimming pool.
While staying at Carra Caravan and Camping Park, visitors will find a number of wonderful attractions on their doorstep. The Museum of Country Life is located in nearby Turlough, and Knock Shrine, Westport House, Ballintubber Abbey, Moorehall Forest Park and beautiful Lough Carra are all within easy reach as well. Further afield, visitors can discover Achill Island, Croagh Patrick, the Wild Mayo National Park and the Ceide Fields.
