Ideally positioned near Clifden, County Galway, Clifden Campsite and Caravan Park is sheltered in a valley at the foot of the Twelve Bens and within a short drive of the seaside. Here, guests can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of Connemara and yet are within easy reach of the bustling town of Clifden. The owners pride themselves on their traditional approach in welcoming visitors old and new to the park.

Clifden Campsite and Caravan Park caters for tents, caravans and motor homes. The extensive on-site facilities include hot showers, laundry service (iron and ironing board also available), a small grocery shop which caters for basic needs during the summer months, games room with television and pool table, and covered dining area. Tenants are also welcome to use their own barbecues and dogs are allowed on the site.

Local facilities include unspoilt beaches, mountain walking, fishing, golf, horse riding, sailing, landscape painting, as well as plenty of quality restaurants and pubs with traditional music and lots of ‘Irish craic’.
