Doherty Farm Holiday Homes are located right on the waterfront of Island Roy on the Rosguill Peninsula, in north County Donegal. These three luxury self-catering homes have truly panoramic sea views and are within easy driving distance of the popular seaside resorts of Downings and Carrigart.

All three cottages feature three bedrooms and can sleep up to seven guests. All cottages additionally boast an infra-red sauna. The bedrooms include one double ensuite and one twin room both with sea views, there is also a room with a double and a single bed. The main living area has an open fireplace and TV and the kitchen is fully fitted with all modern conveniences. There is a spacious conservatory with sea views and a patio with furniture. Bed linen is provided free of charge and a baby cot and highchair are available if required. Electricity is on a meter taking 1 and 2 Euro coins.
