Foley's is located in the centre of Killarney, close to all surrounding activities including the National Park, local attractions and Ireland's National Event Centre (I.N.E.C). Kerry Airport is located approximately 18km north while both the bus and rail stations are approximately a 10 minute walk.

Many trips and tours are available locally including The Ring of Kerry, The Dingle Peninsula and The Gap of Dunloe, all of which can be booked and arranged for you at reception. Tee times can be reserved at reception for one of the many golf courses in the region. Hill walking and treks can also be arranged with prior notice. Muckross House & Gardens, Ross Castle and Muckross Abbey are a short drive away with both maps and leaflets available at reception. Fishing, hiking and horse riding are also very popular locally.
