Hideaway Camping and Caravan Park is a family-friendly park found in a rural setting. It is just a 10-minute walk (by lit footpath) from charming Skibbereen in West County Cork. The park is an expanse of 2 hectares, which can accommodate up to 60 pitches.
Hideaway offers a full range of modern facilities to ensure a memorable holiday. Caravans and motorhomes with hardstanding are catered for, while a separate, tranquil area is provided for guests with tents. Families can enjoy ball games in the specially designated area, play a game of pool or have fun on the playground. Guests can enjoy relaxing walks with their pets along the Caol Stream.
Skibbereen is a bustling market town where visitors can enjoy superb shopping and a wide selection of pubs and restaurants. The town has a number of attractions, such as a local heritage centre and the West Cork Arts Centre. Activities on offer include golf, sea angling, coarse fishing, scenic walks, scuba diving and kayaking.
Hideaway is regrettably unable to accommodate commercial vehicles and does not permit the use of bicycles, skateboards and scooters in the park.
