It is is a family run business, with free WiFi and en suite rooms. Full Irish/English breakfast is served each morning.

Hillside B&B is a residence steeped in history, originally built in the period between 1820 and 1830. It has been refurbished and the accommodation overlooks Monaghan Town centre, cathedral and church.

It offers twin, double and family rooms. All rooms have TV, tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer and toiletries. An iron and ironing board is available on request. The bedrooms are accessible by stairs only. There are two long stay car parks within 200-300 metre walking distance and short term car parking outside.
