Kilbawn Country House is a family run bed and breakfast located in the heart of County Kilkenny, with scenic views of the countryside and Mount Leinster.
Kilbawn is an ideal base for touring the whole of the South East. Waterford Crystal, the Rock of Cashel, and Cahir Castle are all about an hour’s drive away. Kilkenny City and Medieval Kilkenny Castle, however, are only a 20 minute drive. Duiske Abbey, Jerpoint Abbey and Park and Kilfane Glen and Waterfall are all within a 15 minute drive.
There is a range of local outdoor activities, including fishing, hill walking, horse riding, swimming, cycling and golf. The world famous Mount Juliet Golf and Country Club is a short distance from the house.
A warm welcome waits, with tea and coffee, when guests first check in or return from their adventures. Rooms are furnished with king size orthopaedic beds and electric blankets for extra comfort.
