Lakeview House comprises of one double room ensuite, two twin bedrooms and a single bedroom, separate shower room with toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, deep fat fryer, hair dryer and iron. There is a large dining room and a spacious sitting room with multi channel TV and an open fireplace. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and hot and cold water, this room also contains Bait fridges for the fishermen.
There is a large garden at the rear with table and chairs, slide and swings for children. Bed linen, towels and blankets are provided free of charge. There is a welcome pack provided on your arrival. There is also oil central heating and private parking. Maps and brochures are available for all activities in the area.
Lakeview Lodge is a two storey house which offers three upstairs bedrooms, one double ensuite and two twin rooms with shared bathroom. Fully fitted kitchen and dining room with electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, deep fat fryer, hair dryer and iron. Lounge with multi channel TV and open fireplace. There is an additional downstairs toilet.
Adjacent to the Lodge is the Granary which has been restored to its original condition and offers washing machine and dryer, storage and drying room for fishing and golf gear. There is also a games room upstairs with pool table and dart board for those rainy days, this is shared with the two properties. From the doorstep of this property one can walk a few meters down to the lake and take out one of the complimentary boats which is shared with the House for some fishing or just a morning row, life jackets available.
Garden seating is available for those sunny days. For the fisherman we supply bait buckets and maps, bait can be ordered in advance and is available on arrival. A guided tour of the lakes can be arranged for new customers. Slieve An Iariann, The Iron Mountain, is only a short drive away and Lakeview House supply walking maps and information on the different trails, there are also canal walks in Ballinamore along the Shannon-Erne Waterway and the golf course. The town has a number of pubs, restaurants, shops and a tourist office.
Other places of interest include the Cavan Burren, Marble Arch Caves, Strokestown House, Arigna Mining Experience, King House Boyle, Glencar Waterfall, Glenview Folk Museum, Fenagh Heritage Centre and much more. A holiday at Lakeview will be one to remember.
