Lis-Ardagh Lodge
Union Hall, Co. Cork
Lis-Ardagh Lodge is located within a short walk of the tranquil West Cork fishing village of Union Hall just across the bay from Glandore. This really is a great location for touring West Cork and South Kerry.

A newly built stone house with views of both the sea and the countryside. All rooms are very spacious, en suite and centrally heated with tea and coffee making facilities. South facing decking set in beautiful gardens. Just the place to relax and unwind. Perfect base to tour West Cork towns and villages. Union Hall is a beautiful fishing village where you will find several pubs, two of which serve a great selection of great Irish food including some fresh from the sea.

There are several small bays around the village where families can take their children to enjoy a day at the beach, collecting shells or swimming. For those who want adventure, take a sailing or kayaking course or maybe a trip out on a whale watching boat. There are many walking and cycling routes all over West Cork, Union Hall has its very own routes with easy to follow maps and signage. You may want to check out your Irish Ancestors - this can be done at our local Heritage Centre. Or take a trip to the Nature reserve at Lough Hyne for a swim in crystal clear waters. This really is a destination for a great holiday.

Your hosts are Mr and Mrs Jim and Carol Kearney.
