Located on The National Greenway Walking and Cycling Route in Castlebar, County Mayo, Lough Lannagh Village offers a range of accommodation, conference and leisure activity options, including the bed and breakfast Lodge. The family run Lodge is comfortable budget accommodation that boasts a lovely lakeside setting just a short walk from Castlebar town.

The Lodge offers single, double and triple rooms, which come with a full Irish home cooked breakfast, linen, towels, showers, use of a self-catering kitchen, outdoor tennis and multipurpose activity area. Facilities include The Greenway Café, serving home baked, simply cooked, locally sourced foods. Meeting rooms, reception, lounge area, laundry, free parking and free WiFi on site.

The Lodge is part of a holiday village that includes self-catering cottages, a caravan park, a conference venue and activities hub. Lough Lannagh caters to individuals and groups travelling for both business and pleasure. Graded by The AA as three star guest accommodation and rated as excellent on Tripadvisor and featured in The Good Access Guide website.

There are plenty of things to see and do within walking distance, bike hire, opening boating and stand up boarding are onsite. Lake side looped walk, playground, tennis club and Mayo Peace Park are at the gate. Castlebar, which is just stroll away, has multiple playgrounds, theatres and entertainment venues, pubs, restaurants, cafes, golf, swimming, cinema and much more. Further afield, visitors can explore Westport Town, Croagh Patrick, Blue Flag beaches, Ballintubber Abbey, championship golf courses and angling locales as well as the Wild Atlantic Way.

Having built up a reputation in personally looking after their guests, Paul and Gerardine Lennon have many years’ experience catering for group of all sizes and interests. They know what’s going on locally and can help guests with planning activities and advise on what to do. From corporate, social and youth groups, as well as family reunions, sports, culture and heritage, many groups have held successful meetings here.

There is a range accommodation and catering options to suit all budgets. Offering a choice of accommodation with 24 rooms in the Lough Lannagh Lodge where guests can stay on a bed and breakfast basis or the three and four bedroom self-catering cottages with all home comforts. Guests can book the entire village on a catering or self-catering basis, 60 ensuite bedrooms available.

Whatever are the guests interests or requirements, tailor made programs specific for guests are available in tennis, sports, water sports, music (classical and traditional), choral, heritage, culture & photography. Lough Lannagh Lodge is the perfect location for team building and bonding. Corporate, social, leisure, family occasions, private parties, reunions, weddings, civil receptions, retreats, sporting, religious, dietary and special needs catered and accommodated for.
