The Mc Kevitt’s family have been in the hospitality industry for five generations. Originally the hotel was a bar and provisions store, before Carlingford ever became a tourist destination. Over time it developed into a guest house, bar and restaurant. Then finally in 1984 it was extended and developed further and was upgraded to hotel status.
Its prime central location in the village of Carlingford means it is a natural meeting place for locals and holiday makers near and far. A warm welcome awaits all visitor to our premises. The hotel has twelve ensuite bedrooms. The large function Room caters for small weddings and all other celebrations. Mc Kevitt's bar lounge and restaurant serves the very best produce the Cooley peninsula has to offer.
