Inch Beach provides 3 miles of safe, sandy beach where one can enjoy a leisurely walk or, for the more active, surfing is very popular. Surfing equipment can be hired at the beach.
Kerry airport is seven miles away, with Shannon and Cork airports both approximately two hours drive. There is a train service to Farranfore, Tralee and Killarney train stations about seven miles from Murphys Farmhouse.
