The Muskerry Arms, Blarney, County Cork, was established as a small public house in 1838 and is named after the Muskerry Tram line, which serviced the village up until 1830. The premises has been owned and managed by the O'Connor family since 1984.

The Muskerry Arms is a family run Guest House that has entertained many visitors and locals for decades with great food, music and great craic. The Muskerry Arms is rich in the heritage and folklore that continues to be the focal point of Blarney.

The Muskerry Arms combines all the attributes of a guest house with the charm and personal service of a family run business. The 11 spacious and superbly decorated superior bedrooms exude a contemporary feel in contrast to the traditional ambience of the Muskerry Bar, which entertains many international visitors to Blarney. Live music features every night in season and weekends during the off season. Complete your stay by dining in the bar or restaurant, both of which serve extensive menus.

All of the comfortable bedrooms are furnished in a cosmopolitan design and each room hosts a view of Blarney Village Square with the silhouette of Blarney Castle by night. Rooms have solid wood flooring and warm plush bedding and all rooms are en-suite, equipped with free wireless internet access, TV and power showers. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in each room. Double, single, triple and wheelchair friendly rooms available, wheelchair friendly room has a roll-in shower. Children are always welcome. A free private car park is available for guests.

After a good nights rest, there is nothing like tucking into good Irish breakfast cooked with local produce. Served every morning from 8am to noon in the old traditional style breakfast room, The Muskerry Arms breakfast also offers a continental buffet with cereal, fruit, yoghurts, cheese and various breads along with freshly brewed coffee.

Located in the centre of Blarney Village, County Cork, this exquisite public house holds much character and heritage within its walls. Set in the beautiful wooded countryside of Blarney, just 9 km from Cork, you will find it is a convenient base for touring Blarney, Cork, Kinsale and other parts of County Cork. Its location is ideal for fishing, golfing (with a choice of 10 super golf courses within a 20-mile radius), horse riding, cycling or just relaxing.
