The three-star Newbury Hotel is a beautiful 26 bedroom family-run hotel located in the centre of Mullingar, County Westmeath. The hotel is close to the railway station and just an hours' drive or train journey from Dublin.

The Newbury Hotel brings you the pleasures of comfort in beautifully appointed accommodation, good food in the bar and service in a relaxed and friendly environment throughout the hotel. The Newbury Hotel accommodation includes a mix of family, double and twin rooms. They have a car park that provides free guest parking and Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

In the basement of the hotel you will find the China Garden Chinese Restaurant, which is open seven days a week from 5pm till late. There is also the spacious function room which caters to functions and parties big or small.

Mullingar is the principal town in County Westmeath and offers a huge variety of restaurants, pubs and night life. Its beautiful lakes, rivers and waterways offer a wide variety of water sports as well as good quality angling. Horse-riding, golf, pitch and putt, as well as horse racing in nearby Kilbeggan are in plentiful supply. You can take a walk along the Royal Canal which is beside the hotel, or if you prefer, you can browse the lovely shops and boutiques that line the streets of Mullingar.
