O'Donovan's is a family-run hotel located on the N71 in the heart of Clonakilty, West Cork. It combines an old-world atmosphere with every modern convenience to ensure a wonderful stay for all guests.

O'Donovan's Hotel is a sixth-generation, family-run hotel located in the charming town of Clonakilty, County Cork. The hotel, which was originally built in 1853, abounds with history and tradition that guarantees a unique experience for guests.

It offers a range of double, twin and family rooms, all of which are ensuite and furnished with TV, air conditioning, controlled heating and tea-making facilities with Wi-Fi connectivity.

O’Donovan’s is also home to a variety of meeting and conference rooms that are ideal for groups, organizations, public meetings or private one-to-one consultations. Guests can make use of Wi-Fi access and other equipment.

After a day of exploring or doing business, travellers can relax at our Restaurant, which offers a comfortable setting and is committed to the ’50-mile meal’, an initiative to support local producers by sourcing food from within 50 miles of the hotel. The restaurant serves a variety of light meals, snacks, teas and coffees, as well as an evening À la carte menu. For food, drink and live music, there’s also The Lounge bar. At weekends and during Summer season there are lively traditional Irish music sessions in our little traditional bar called An Teach Beag Then for a chill out... there's Molly's Cafe and Wine Bar where there are some eclectic and world music sessions.

Clonakilty boasts an array of attractions and activities, including the popular Model Railway Village, Inchydoney Beach and Michael Collins History Centre. The town serves as a wonderful base for exploring West Cork as it is about 30 minutes from Skibbereen, Kinsale and Bandon.
