The bed and breakfast is a converted barn which is over 150 years old. Two guest rooms are available for bed and breakfast accommodating up to six guests. The lake view room, looking out on the Killarney Lakes and mountains, is on the first floor and has a king size and a single bed with an adjoining private bathroom. The mountain view room is on the ground floor with a double and single bed and is en suite. Guests have access to parking and are also welcome to walk the farm and enjoy the views.

Breakfast includes freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, cereals, porridge or overnight oats with strawberries and blueberries, yogurts, free range farm eggs, homemade soda bread, scones and tea/coffee. Breakfast is served between 07:00 and 09:30.
