In operation since 1986, The Rainbow Hostel is a family-run accommodation that provides a home-from-home experience for its guests. Situated on a working farm in Doolin, County Clare, it is an ideal base for exploring the West of Ireland.
The Rainbow Hostel has 24 beds in private twin, double and small dormitory rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. The hostel’s facilities include a self-catering kitchen, laundry, WiFi, bike hire and open turf fire in the common room. The Rainbow Hostel does not impose a curfew.
The hostel is situated in the village of Doolin, just 1.5 kilometres from the sea. It is recognized as the traditional music capital of Ireland, with nightly performances in local pubs. The village is also ideally situated for visiting some of Ireland’s most beautiful places, including the impressive Cliffs of Moher, the Burren and the Aran Islands.
