Riverhaven Log Cabins & Riversdale Log House comprises of six eco-friendly log houses. Each house has been built using natural and renewable building materials whenever possible, incorporating innovative building technology and modern joinery techniques. The houses can sleep up to seven guests and include a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances and an air to air heat pump system. The comfortable living area has a wood burning stove for those chilly days. There is also an attractively designed balcony that overlooks the living area and a veranda with picnic table, chairs and barbecue in the front.

Riverhaven Log Cabins & Riversdale Log House is located on a working farm with animals. On-site facilities include an outdoor children’s play centre, trail through private forest area, fishing boats with outboard engines, and private road to Lough Key and the Boyle River. A fishing boat can be provided on request and portable bird hides are available for bird watching. Low cost programmes of activities can also be arranged for groups staying at Riverhaven & Riversdale Log House. There is an idyllic 500 metres riverbank walk to the local shop and post office, with pubs and restaurants within walking distance as well.
