Set in the village of Carracastle, close to the town of Charlestown, County Mayo, Rockview House is a beautiful holiday home filled with old world charm. It sits on its own spacious grounds and is close to a church, shops, post office, community centre and public houses.

Rockview House cottage is 200 years old, yet has been newly renovated to ensure a comfortable stay for guests. The house can accommodate six to seven people and has all modern facilities. It has 3 bedrooms with one en suite hand basins in the others. All linen and towels are supplied and a children’s cot and high chair are available. Additionally, the house is accessible to the disabled and has a bathroom with shower/bath.

At Rockview House, visitors will find all the facilities required during their stay, including a log fire stove, TV, video, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and shed available for storing fishing gear and other equipment. There is also a lovely picnic area with swings, slide and football goal. Pets are also welcome at Rockview House.

In and around Carracastle, guests can experience excellent golfing, fishing, walking and cycling. There are also a number of fascinating archaeological and historical sites in the area, including the Ceide Fields, Knock Shrine and Croagh Patrick.

Rockview House is ideally located for touring the West and North West of Ireland, such as Galway, Mayo, Sligo and Roscommon, Ireland West Airport is just 10 minutes from Rockview House.
