Samuels Heritage in Waterford has a choice of 6 hotel sized rooms to accommodate you and your fellow travellers comfortably. All rooms are located for easy access on the ground floor and have face clothes, towels, complimentary soap and shampoo, hair dryers and flat screen TV's. All rooms are ensuite and one is wheelchair accessible. There are four rooms with double and single beds, two with king size beds, one family room with one double and two single beds, and one room with a double bed. There is a spacious guest lounge with plenty of comfortable seating along with tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge for guests use, a mini gym and infrared sauna available to all guests. Complimentary wifi without a log in code is available throughout the property.
There is a dedicated laundry room which can be used for guest laundry at a small fee. There is ample complimentary parking space available one of these is devoted as a disabled parking space. Complimentary tea or coffee along with home baking is offered to all guests on arrival.
Samuels Heritage has a very extensive breakfast menu and tries to provide local and organic products. Brown bread and fresh scones are baked every morning for the breakfast table. The owner’s hens provide fresh eggs for the breakfast.
Samuels Heritage is located between three hotels, Waterford Castle, Faithlegge and Woodlands where weddings are popular in all three. Transport to the venues can be provided. There is a locked shed next to the house where you can store gear for cycliing and golfing. All of these services are complementary to our guests.
Desmond one of your hoasts is one of the Waterford Welcome Ambassadors for this year and has gained a lot of information on the many historical sites and buildings in the city and the surrounding hinterland. As a base the B&B is very close to the Viking Triangle with Reginald's Tower, Medieval Museum, Bishop's Palace, Christchurch Cathedral, and the world famous Waterford Crystal Factory and showrooms all in the city.
