A warm welcome awaits guests to the charming, family-run Sea Crest Farmhouse B&B in County Clare. All rooms are newly furnished and come with ensuite, colour TV, Wi-Fi Internet, and tea and coffee making facilities included in each. The dairy farm is home to cows, calves, rabbits, and pet donkeys, Lizzy and Sandy, whom guests are encouraged to visit.
There is no shortage of activities in the area, including peaceful walks while enjoying views of the Clare coast, Mutton Island, and the Cliffs of Moher. Head to the widely unknown Loop Head Peninsula to enjoy the spectacular rugged coastline, which prides itself as one of the best locations in Ireland for bird and whale watching. You might even spot a family of dolphins in the Shannon Estuary or on the coast near Spanish Point. Golfers can enjoy a game at nearby Spanish Point, Lahinch, or at Doonbeg Golf Links, which is just a 10-minute drive away. Rivers and lakes are well stocked for anglers, and pier fishing is very popular at Quilty pier. Visitors may also avail of the free transport available to local hotels and pubs in Quilty and around Spanish Point.
