The Seven Horseshoes Hotel is a family-run accommodation situated in the heart of rural Ireland. Found in Belturbet, County Cavan, the hotel offers 10 ensuite bedrooms and a homely atmosphere to ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable stay. For business travellers or anyone wishing to stay connected, there is free WiFi access throughout the building.

The Seven Horseshoes is also home to a bar set in a traditional space with hand-cut stone walls, a blazing fire and very warm welcome. It is known for its individuality and wonderful food, as well as an extensive list of fine wines from around the world. The Stables Restaurant serves the best in Irish and European cuisine, including steaks, salads, fish, chicken, duck, and vegetarian dishes.

The hotel is an ideal lodging for avid golfers, as it is surrounded by some of the country’s best courses. Fishers will also enjoy their stay, as County Cavan is famed for its lakes and rivers. The hotel is just steps from the banks of the River Erne, which is a great choice for coarse fishing.

Apart from fishing and golfing, the surrounding region offers wonderful walking routes and a number of heritage sites, such as Turbet Island, thought to be one of Belturbet Town’s first major settlements.
