Solas at The Pot of Gold is a three bedroom retreat with an open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area. It has a well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and comfortable furniture making it a refuge of calm in an environment immersed in nature.
The sitting area, where guests can unwind after the day's explorations, has WiFi, a TV, books and board games to enjoy. Two bedrooms are en suite and sleep five guests. The third bedroom sleeps two guests. Towels, bed linen and hair dryers are supplied.
Purple Mountain, Strickeen Mountain and the Gap of Dunloe are visible from the south facing windows.
Just a brief walk from the local restaurant, pub and shop, the cottage is private and set back from the country road that runs through the village. It has parking space and a front garden.
There is a storage shed in the backyard, with a water hose, a line to hang rain gear and wetsuits, and enough room to stow hiking boots, bicycles and sundry equipment.
