The Avenue Holiday Cottages are modern and tastefully decorated with spacious contemporary living and dining areas, ultra-comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Whether guests are visiting Killarney for adventure, sightseeing, golfing, a wedding or an event the self-catering options are ideal as they are just a few minutes' walk from the town centre and minutes from Killarney National Park.

There are two types of houses to choose from: superior and deluxe houses and some of the houses are category three rated which is the highest level accredited to disabled accommodation. Guests can also avail of complimentary use of the hotel’s leisure facilities including 15 metre swimming pool, steam room, gymnasium, outdoor tennis courts and playground.

During school holidays guests are welcome to join in on Family Fun Programme including supervised playroom and seasonal activities for the younger guests to enjoy, please enquire at time of booking for details. WiFi is available in the hotel which is complimentary for all the self-catering guests.

Here is the general layout of the holiday home:

Ground floor: Entrance hallway, Kitchen, Dining & Living Room, Patio area with outdoor seating. One double bedroom, one twin bedroom, storage room and a main bathroom.

First floor: One Double and one twin bedroom both bedrooms are ensuite.

Our standard facilities include:

Kitchen, Dining & Living Room: Dishwasher, washer/dryer, cooker, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery, and cutlery, TV and DVD player. Tea/coffee, sugar, milk and washing detergents are also provided.

Hair dryers, Iron/Iron board, TV's in bedrooms (in deluxe houses only), bed linen, towels, electric or solid fuel fireplace, toiletries. One car park space per house. For weekly lettings the houses are serviced mid stay which includes linen and towel change and general clean.
