The Dockhouse Kinsale is a self-catered, private house, allowing the guests to experience the delights of the local area in comfort. The passive design house has a small footprint on the environment, designed for minimal impact on its surroundings.
The Dockhouse Kinsale has three bedrooms and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, overlooking the water, perfect for cooking meals or why not try the outdoor barbecue facility provided. Alternatively, there are opportunities to sample the local dining options a short walk away.
A fire pit is provided for enjoyment, highly recommended each afternoon when the sun sets against the rockface, with a favourite beverage in hand.
It’s a perfect place for walkers, with Kinsale only a 5 minute walk or take the path to the Dock beach and James Fort. Explore the local area, enjoy a picnic by the river, and keep the eyes peeled for the seal along the river bank.
