The Old Schoolhouse Carrickfinn is located in the Carrickfinn Peninsula, County Donegal, in an area of spectacular coastal scenery. While maintaining the character of the original building, the property has been renovated and now provides self-catering accommodation.

The Old Schoolhouse Carrickfinn contains three bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor, a kitchen and utility room, a dining and living area, along with an overhead mezzanine that is a big favourite. The mezzanine has its own library, and is often used by guests as a little getaway area to relax.

The house can sleep up to six people and one child. Bed linen is provided and a cot, travel cot, high chair, and stair gate are also provided, if required. Free WiFi and parking is available. Electricity and oil fired central heating are metered. The meters are read on arrival and departure and guests are charged for usage. Turf is provided free of charge for evening fires.

Carrickfinn is a quiet and peaceful area with many sandy beaches. The Old Schoolhouse Carrickfinn is ideally located as a base for touring County Donegal.

The owner lives nearby and is available if any issues arise or if visitors need advice on any local issues.

This property is approved under the Irish Self Catering Federation Quality Framework.
