Brew School takes place on selected Friday evenings throughout the year and follows a live brew day from start to finish using the Grainfather G30 pilot brewing system. Guided through each stage of the process, participants learn how ingredients, techniques and brewing decisions shape the flavour and character of the finished beer.
Along the way, there are plenty of opportunities to ask questions, share insights and enjoy a selection of beers in a relaxed and informal setting. Advance booking is necessary, as places are limited for each session.
