Fay Grim at Triskel Arts Centre, Cork, on 7 April. Fay is approached by the CIA who offer to free her imprisoned brother if she finds the notebooks of Henry Fool, the fugitive father of her son. She accepts and begins a deadly international mission.
Fay Grim is afraid her son, Ned, will grow up to be like his father, Henry Fool, a fugitive from the law. And her brother, Simon, is serving a prison sentence for having helped Henry flee the country. Now the CIA wants Fay to help them find Henry's supposedly dangerous notebooks in exchange for Simon's release. The mission escalates into a global con-game that plunges this unworldly but brave single mom into deadly espionage.

Triskel Arts Centre is proud to present three films from director Hal Hartley. This trilogy, which was filmed over 17 years, follows a strange drifter named Henry Fool (Thomas Jay Ryan) and the effect he has on a family in Queens, New York.
