Hidden Sauna Bridgefield is an outdoor retreat nestled in the heart of the countryside outside Castlemartyr in East Cork. Relax in the invigorating sauna and refreshing cold plunge pool on the edge of the Dower River, then enjoy a coffee or herbal tea.
On route to Hidden Sauna Bridgefield, visitors will pass tranquil fields of Angus cattle to find the designated onsite car park. Upon arrival, pass through the entrance pergola and up a garden path through the rewilded meadow, passing the fitness studio.
A member of staff will greet and show you to the changing area, sauna, cold plunge pool and the outdoor shower. The sauna is powered by timber cut from the 20 acre ash forest located on the farm. It holds 10 people. The plunge pool is fed from the cold spring water of the Dower River which flows from a nearby cave. Enjoy a hot drink and a sweet treat in the comfort of the relaxation area.
