The Lavit Gallery on Wandesford Quay is the oldest established gallery in Cork City. It boasts 800 square feet of exhibition space over two floors and showcases the work of familiar and emerging artists in a variety of media, painting, print, sculpture and ceramic.
The Lavit Gallery has a busy calendar of exhibitions and regular showings by sought after artists including, James English R.H.A, Wendy Dison, Brian Smyth, Ana Duncan, Arthur Maderson, Victor Richardson and Sandra Bell.
It is dedicated to promoting the work of artists who have achieved the highest artistic levels. Their 800 square feet exhibition space covers two floors and incorporates a wide range of art styles.
The Lavit Gallery also sponsors an education art programme in conjunction with The Crawford College of Art and Design.
