The Craft Shop in Bantry, County Cork showcases the great wealth of craft work that West Cork has to offer. Operational since 1975, it continues the tradition of Irish hand made quality crafts, representing the top producers in their fields.

The Craft Shop in Bantry, County Cork displays a wealth of Irish handmade goods from leather bags by Inchiclough designs, to small ceramic animals and exhibition pieces by Joanna Roby. Functional and decorative pottery made by Nicholas Mosse, Marianne Klopp, Geoffery Healy and Lynda Gault, are just a few of the pottery lines stocked in The Craft Shop.

Tedagh candles, stunning silver jewellery by Marika and Escalliona, copper work by Paddy McCormack and Klaywurx unusual ceramic dishes are available to purchase on the premises. Rory Conner’s knives bring in new and old customers.

The shop is set in the seaside market town of Bantry, at the heart of West Cork, an area of remarkable natural beauty. This is reflected in the work of many of the local craftworkers whose products are found on the shelves of The Craft Shop.

Exhibitions also take place from time to time which are advertised locally.
