The Oyster Tavern in Cork City, is an old world bar with a contemporary restaurant. It is located next to Cork's English Market, from which ingredients are sourced daily. They serve lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. There is a late bar and DJ at weekends.

The Oyster Tavern is one of the oldest licensed premises in Cork City, dating back to 1792. It allows customers the opportunity to step back in time with the old world bar downstairs, while the restaurant and bar upstairs are both elegant and contemporary.

The English Market has many vendors where the Oyster Tavern chefs can source their meat, fish and other produce daily. This is evident in the food and cocktail menus on offer. The Oyster Tavern has an impressive wine list, range of spirits, whiskeys, signature cocktails and craft beers.

There are traditional Irish music sessions on Sunday evenings. Morning pastries, lunch and dinner are served daily. They also have a weekend brunch menu or pre theatre menu for those who want to grab a bite before a local theatre performance. The Oyster Tavern also caters for celebrations, staff parties and corporate events.
