More than 80 world-class quartets and soloists make their way to Bantry on the Wild Atlantic Way for more than 70 concerts, masterclasses and talks.
World and Irish premieres are programmed alongside the most loved music in the repertoire. Performances feature music by Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, Shostakovich, Schubert, Mendelssohn, Bartók and many more as well as a wide selection of less familiar works.
The intimate library of Bantry House and the historic St Brendan's Church in the town square are the two main venues during the week. Free family-friendly fringe events also take place in interesting locations around West Cork, from Schull to Castletownbere and the West Cork Cork islands.
