Ionad Cois Locha, Dunlewey, County Donegal, is an educational, heritage and activity centre that will transport you back in time to a bygone era. Visitors are offered a snapshot of what life was like back in the last century. Dunlewey is a picturesque village situated in the heart of the Donegal Gaeltacht. At Ionad Cois Locha, Dunlewey, County Donegal, enjoy a short audio visual followed by a carding, spinning and weaving demonstration. Afterwards, there is a tour of the weaver’s cottage.

A trip on the boat around Dunlewey Lake is a must which includes an audio of the folklore that surrounds the area.
