Balbriggan Golf Club was founded in 1945, and is among the premier parkland courses in the Dublin area, just 15 minutes from Dublin Airport. It has challenging water hazards, mature trees, USGA stand base greens and tee boxes.

Balbriggan Golf Club has been ranked among Ireland’s Top 100 Golf Courses in the 2025 Irish Golfer Magazine. Additionally, the club offers coaching with PGA Professional Nigel Howley, who is available to help golfers at all levels enhance their game.

Golfers of all levels will discover a most enjoyable golfing experience. This championship golf course is presented in pristine condition all year round. Founded in 1945, Balbriggan Golf course was redesigned under the guidance of Mr Eddie Connaughton. The course contains the highest USGA standard sand base greens and tee boxes. The blend of mature trees and water hazards, which come into play on seven holes, give an intriguing character to the course and provide golfers with variety and a challenging round.

A warm welcome awaits you in Balbriggan Golf Club. You will find well appointed locker rooms and a fully stocked pro shop, with golf buggies and electric buggies available for hire. Enjoy the chipping and practice area, the full restaurant and the outdoor dining facilities.

Balbriggan members are proud of their course and facilities and invite everyone, of all standards, to drop in and experience the magic of its nature, wildlife and parkland vistas. Ranked in the top 5 Parkland community owned courses in Dublin.
